Custom Motorcycle Builds by Puget Sound Customs
At Puget Sound Customs, My projects are built around craftsmanship, creativity, and evolving experience. I am specializing in custom motorcycle builds, vintage chopper projects, and garage-built bikes created through detailed teardown, fabrication, and engine work.
Each of my builds start with a complete motorcycle teardown to the frame. Followed by custom fabrication, part upgrades, and design refinement. Many projects draw inspiration from 1970s chopper motorcycles, combining classic styling with modern improvements.
From DIY motorcycle builds to full custom bike fabrication, the motorcycles I’m working on are treated as evolving projects—built, refined, and improved over time.
My process focuses on precision and performance. Every component is carefully evaluated to ensure proper fitment, durability, and ride quality. Whether its frame modifications, suspension upgrades, or custom part installation, the goal is to create a motorcycle that reflects both style and mechanical integrity.
Puget Sound Customs shares detailed how-to videos for beginner chopper builders who want to learn the process of building motorcycles in a real garage environment. Each build represents a balance of function and design, resulting in motorcycles that are not only visually distinctive but also built to perform on the road.
