Custom Motorcycle Builds by Puget Sound Customs

At Puget Sound Customs, My projects are built around craftsmanship, creativity, and evolving experience. My projects focus on custom motorcycle builds, vintage chopper-inspired bikes, and garage-built motorcycles created through detailed teardown, fabrication, and engine work.

Each build starts with a complete motorcycle teardown down to the frame, followed by custom fabrication, part upgrades, and design refinement. Many projects draw inspiration from 1970s chopper motorcycles, combining classic styling with modern improvements.

From DIY motorcycle builds to full custom bike fabrication, the motorcycles I’m working on are treated as evolving projects—built, refined, and improved over time.

The build process behind each project focuses on precision and performance. Every component is carefully evaluated to ensure proper fitment, durability, and ride quality. Whether its frame modifications, suspension upgrades, or custom part installation, the goal is to create a motorcycle that reflects both style and mechanical integrity.

Puget Sound Customs shares detailed how-to videos for beginner chopper builders who want to learn the process of building motorcycles in a real garage environment. Each build represents a balance of function and design, resulting in motorcycles that are not only visually distinctive but also built to perform on the road.

Featured Builds

The Featured Builds section documents the motorcycles currently taking shape inside the Puget Sound Customs garage. Each project begins the same way—an old bike on the stand, tools on the bench, and a clear goal to rebuild it into something better. From custom motorcycle builds to vintage chopper projects, every stage of the process is captured and shared, from the first teardown to the final ride.

These builds are not client projects or commissioned work. They’re personal garage-built motorcycles, created to explore ideas, experiment with fabrication, and keep the spirit of classic bike building alive. Through detailed videos and behind-the-scenes content, Puget Sound Customs documents the real process of motorcycle restoration, DIY motorcycle builds, and vintage chopper inspiration for riders and builders across the San Juan Islands and the Pacific Northwest.

Note: As the portfolio grows, we’ll be featuring amazing builds from the community (with proper permissions and credits, of course). Have a build you’d like to share? Get in touch!

Latest Videos

The video section documents the real process behind the builds happening in the garage. Each video focuses on custom motorcycle builds, vintage chopper projects, and motorcycle restoration work, captured through detailed footage and straightforward narration.

These videos show the moments that matter most—tearing down engines, modifying frames, solving unexpected problems, and slowly bringing a motorcycle back together. Instead of quick highlight reels, the content focuses on the true rhythm of garage motorcycle building.

Parts & Resources

The shop section will grow alongside the builds documented on this site. Over time it will feature items connected to the Puget Sound Customs builds, including parts, tools, and resources related to custom motorcycle projects and vintage chopper builds.

Rather than a traditional parts store, this space is designed to support the community of riders and builders who enjoy working on their own motorcycles. As new builds are completed, the shop may include build-related gear, project updates, and resources inspired by the work happening in the garage.

The goal is simple—share tools, ideas, and inspiration with people who appreciate the craft behind DIY motorcycle builds and garage fabrication projects.
